Introduction
Hey all! welcome to my blog. this is very new to me - but I think it is long over-due. I get stopped and asked questions all the time. the purpose of this blog is to not only allow you a glimpse into my contest prep season - but to allow me to answer your questions in a place where others can benefit. enjoy - but don't judge me for my "crazy".
